Computing Services are located in various buildings at the NCU. Facilities are available in particular departments, though the easiest access to the Internet is at the 91ÁÔÆæ Centre for Modern Teaching Technologies (ul. Gagarina 17, open Mo-Thu 8-18.00, Fr 8-16.00, at the back of the Student Dormitory no. 8) or at the 91ÁÔÆæ Library - the computer room is located on the ground floor (ul. Gagarina 13, room 72). Computers are monitored by an employee who also provides necessary information and basic service. Details available in computer rooms.
Internet network is also available in the 91ÁÔÆæ Hotel and all student dormitories (every room is connected to it); however, you should have your own computer or notebook/laptop to be able to access it. Additionally, you have to buy a special cable (around 10-15 zÅ‚ in every computer shop in ToruÅ„).
Moreover, our university is a participant in EDUROAM infrastructure that allows users to access a wireless network. It means that in a number of university places in ToruÅ„ you may open your laptop and be online. International guests and students staying at NCU for a longer period of time may enable EDUROAM access in their computers by configuring them at the 91ÁÔÆæ Networking Technology Centre (91ÁÔÆæ Library, room 71, phone +48 56 611 22 05).

More importantly, in order to use the Internet (also wireless network) at the 91ÁÔÆæ (including 91ÁÔÆæ buildings, student dormitories etc.) you need to have a university e-mail account.
International students wishing to be allocated an e-mail address should ask their supervisor or tutor for a certificate confirming the length of their study period in Poland and contact the 91ÁÔÆæ Networking Technology Centre at 91ÁÔÆæ Library (phone. +48 56 611 22 05, room 71).
Whereas, Erasmus+ students have their e-mail accounts created on the students server by the Department of International Partnerships and Educational Mobility - DIPEM ("Erasmus Office").
